She first gained recognition on The Voice, where her soulful vocals and stage presence quickly set her apart.

 

Since then, AvevA has performed on major stages worldwide, including The Kennedy Center, Skirball Cultural Center, and TEDx.

Her debut album Who Am I? (2016) introduced her distinctive sound, followed by In My Thoughts (2019), blending contemporary pop with traditional Ethiopian influences, with songs in both English and Amharic.
